1. Booking and Reservations
1.1. All bookings at Panpwnton Campsite are subject to availability and acceptance by the campsite management.
1.2. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.
1.3. A non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking.
1.4. Any changes or amendments to a booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval by the campsite management.
1.5. Check-in is available at any time. Please proceed to the reception located at the Cream Farm House upon arrival.
2. Campsite Rules and Regulations
2.1. Campers at Panpwnton Campsite must comply with all campsite rules and regulations as displayed or communicated by the campsite management.
2.2. Campfires are only permitted in designated areas and must be attended at all times. Firewood may be available for purchase at the campsite.
2.3. The use of fireworks, Chinese lanterns, or any other hazardous items is strictly prohibited on the campsite premises.
2.4. Noise levels must be kept to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to ensure the comfort of other campers.
2.5. Campers are responsible for the behaviour and actions of their guests. Visitors must register at the campsite office and adhere to the campsite rules.
3. Campsite Facilities and Services
3.1. Panpwnton Campsite provides campsite facilities such as toilets, showers, and electricity for the convenience of campers. Proper and respectful use of these facilities is expected.
3.2. The campsite management will make reasonable efforts to ensure that all facilities and services at Panpwnton Campsite are maintained and operational. However, they cannot be held liable for any temporary unavailability or interruption of these facilities beyond their control.
4. Responsibility and Liability
4.1. Campers at Panpwnton Campsite are responsible for their personal property and vehicles. The campsite management will not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or vehicles.
4.2. Campers are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests, especially children. The campsite management will not be liable for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur on the campsite premises.
4.3. Campers at Panpwnton Campsite are advised to have appropriate travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies during their stay.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. Cancellations at Panpwnton Campsite must be made in writing. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within one week of the scheduled arrival date.
5.2. If a cancellation is made within one week of the scheduled arrival date, the campsite management at Panpwnton Campsite may allow the booking to be moved to an alternative date, subject to availability and at their discretion.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1. The campsite management at Panpwnton Campsite will collect and process personal data provided by campers in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This data will be used solely for the purpose of managing reservations and improving campsite services.
6.2. Personal data will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the explicit consent of the individual.
7. Termination of Stay
7.1. The campsite management at Panpwnton Campsite reserves the right to terminate the stay of any camper or visitor who breaches the campsite rules, behaves inappropriately, or causes a disturbance to others without any refund or compensation.
8.1. These terms and conditions for Panpwnton Campsite are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
8.2. The campsite management at Panpwnton Campsite reserves the right to make changes or amendments to these terms and conditions at any time. The most recent version will be posted on the Panpwnton Campsite’s website or provided upon request.
8.3. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
