ABOUT PANPWNTON

Located on land owned by our family for generations, Panpwnton Campsite has been open for visitors since 1963.

Our family run farm and dog-friendly campsite is situated on the Offa’s Dyke footpath, quiet and ideally located for those who like to walk, cycle or just take in the peaceful countryside. It’s the perfect place for your rural camping holiday!

All of the pitches at Panpwnton Campsite are non-electric grass pitches that are suitable for tents, motorhomes, campervans and caravans — and, of course, dogs are welcome too!

We have our main campsite and a selection of overflow fields, which means that we don’t have an exact capacity and there is always a place for you to come and pitch up.

At Panpwnton Campsite, we have no minimum stay requirement, so if you just want to pitch up for the night, you are more than welcome. You can check in from 12pm and enjoy a lie-in with our check-out by 12pm.

As a quiet countryside campsite, we kindly ask all guests to be respectful of other campers, with no loud music after 9pm and noise kept to a minimum overnight.

Located near Knighton, on the border of England and Wales, we are lucky to be surrounded by many different attractions and activities.

From some of the most picturesque dog-friendly walking routes in the UK (including Offa’s Dyke Path, Glyndŵr’s Way, and trails along the River Teme) to medieval castles and charming market towns, there’s plenty to explore.

Many local pubs and cafés also welcome dogs, making it easy to relax and refuel after a day outdoors.
